The adviser seeks to achieve the fund”s investment objective by investing in investment grade bonds primarily by purchasing exchange traded funds and applying a credit hedge overlay to the fund”s investments. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. investment grade bonds primarily by purchasing exchange traded funds (“ETFs”).
