The company also holds a 100%, undivided interest, in the Moran Lake uranium project in the Central Mineral Belt of Labrador, Canada; the Dieter Lake uranium project that comprising 168 claims covering an area of totaling 8105 hectares located in Québec, Canada; a 100% interest in the Ben Lomond and Georgetown uranium projects located in Australia; holds a 100% interest in the Mountain Lake uranium project located in Nunavut, Canada; and a 100% undivided interest in the Yarranna Uranium project located in South Australia. The company was formerly known as International Consolidated Uranium Inc. and changed its name to Consolidated Uranium Inc. in July 2021.
